Writing out a list of five things that you need doing each day either in the morning or at night the day before will allow you to use your time effectivly throughtout the day. This powerlist should be achievebale tasks that will move your towards acheiving your goals. By writing down you action plan of what needs to be done it will help you identify what you want to accomplish giving us direction and providing us with the clarity to focus our priorities.

Completing small tasks will give your a sense of accomplishment and will create a domino affect for futher tasks. An, example of this is making your bed which takes usually less than 2 minutes. This will give you momentum and the confidence to tackle more tasks that you need doing throughout your day.

Do what you can do

Sometimes it can be overwhelming with all the tasks we need to get done. By doing the most important tasks first or just doing tasks that can easily be done will allow us to redirect our focus and create motivation to do more.
